Use the tools only for files and content you are authorized to process. Do not use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights or third-party terms.
Credits
Credits are a prepaid service balance used for Pro OCR, large server jobs and AI processing. The application reserves credits before expensive jobs and refunds unused reserved credits when applicable. Your final commercial policy should state whether purchased credits expire and how refunds are handled.
Conversion results
File conversion, OCR and AI extraction can contain errors. Users should verify important text, financial fields, tables, formulas and other generated output before relying on it.
Availability
Conversion and AI services may depend on third-party software, model providers and payment providers. The service may reject unsupported, corrupt or excessively large files.
Open-source components
The platform uses multiple open-source components under their own licenses. See the project’s third-party license notes when deploying or distributing the software.

Electronic signatures and PDF stamps
The e-sign tools place visual electronic signature or initial marks into a PDF. Unless a tool explicitly states otherwise, they do not create certificate-backed cryptographic digital signatures, identity verification, notarization, or a qualified electronic signature. Users are responsible for determining whether an electronic signature method is appropriate for their document and jurisdiction.
Large-document pass
Bulk PDF productivity jobs process up to 50 selected pages free. Larger jobs may be unlocked with a one-document pass at the displayed price. The pass is tied to a cryptographic fingerprint of the document and may have a limited validity period. Payment processor fees and supported currencies depend on the configured gateway.
